Here is a video of Ellis right after she went in the potty. We are in full-blown potty training now and so far it's going pretty well. Yesterday she went on the potty 5 times. Today, only once. But she's definitely getting the hang of it. We got a potty training video a little while back and she watched it for about 2 weeks before deciding that she wanted to "try the potty" all by herself. Fingers-crossed that this sticks because I'm really tired of feeling guilty about our diaper carbon footprint ;)

Hooray for Ellis! So proud of her. And good for you guys for going for it all the way. We're slowly going for it and Baker usually pees in the big potty at night which always makes us happy but we won't be going for it all the way until the summer. You'll have to give us your tips when we do! We also bought that book about 9 months ago and oddly, it's one of Baker's favorites! I hope Ellis keeps up the great work! Oh to not have to change diapers anymore! BTW, a friend recommended a book called Potty Training 1-2-3 by Gary Ezzo and swore by it. Both of her boys were trained in 3 days!
